This award recognizes a new business, started less than 5 years ago (started on or before January 1, 2018) that shows some or all of the following: Innovation and creativity in business (sales, marketing, operations, products/services); Sustainable business growth (employees, markets, locations); Overcoming start-up challenges; and Active involvement in community and industry (charitable/community groups, non-profits, business/professional associations).

Requirements

Chamber members (excluding Chamber Board members) may nominate themselves. All nominees must be an active employee within a member business or be a member business that is in good standing of the Leduc, Nisku & Wetaskiwin Regional Chamber of Commerce. Members with current representation on the Chamber Board of Directors do not qualify for nomination. Businesses and/or individuals may only win in one award category. Previous nominees/winners can be nominated in the same category as years past. The Chamber is committed to follow up on all nominations.
